Kritin has over a decade of top tier experience as a lawyer and strategic advisor, having conducted over 150 internal and regulatory investigations into allegations of fraud, money laundering, bribery & corruption and other allegations of improper conduct on behalf of multi-billion dollar organisations. Kritin was appointed as lead investigator on one of the largest financial frauds in modern day history and is part of a network of leading law firms who specialise in conducting high profile investigations.
Kritin is passionate about the use of technology to continuously augment legal solutions and champions the use of Legal Tech both internally and with clients. Kritin founded two companies before the age of 21, built a regional legal advisory deck worth $7figures at his law firm and has acted as a business and strategic advisor for the last 13 years.
Jennifer has over 20 years of experience as a trusted C-Suite partner and leader of teams. Jennifer’s experience in safeguarding digital assets and ensuring regulatory compliance extends to both internal and client-facing environments.
Her technical expertise is broad, from implementing secure data policies to managing external audits and application penetration testing, identity management, MFA, and BYOD device management solutions . With a keen eye for operational excellence, she has adeptly overseen user training, ISMS documentation, and risk assessments as well driving information security due diligence and compliance initiatives–such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and CCPA.
Our CSO, Jonny, has obtained his PhD King’s College London on Artificial Intelligence (with a focus on Machine Learning) and is a highly experienced technologist. He has worked across all aspects of delivering commercial machine learning products, from conception to design to rapid growth, including establishing new methods for guided heart surgery.
Jonny has built new product lines and teams from the ground up at Smietronix and Captur. As a teacher and speaker, he has delivered seminars on using machine learning for impact at HSBC, UBS, the FCA, Unilever and others, as well as delivering many Python, Javascript and C++ workshops.
